10 Years of PML
🎉 10 Years of Portage Music Lessons! Portage Music Lessons began on June 1, 2016, as a single-room studio in Mantua with just five guitar and ukulele students. Our goal was simple: provide high-quality music education to an area that had limited access to private music lessons.
Over the past 10 years, we've built our reputation by making music lessons fun, affordable, and accessible for students of all ages and skill levels. What started as a small teaching studio has grown into a thriving music school with 15 lesson rooms, more than 25 teachers, and over 2,000 students served throughout Northeast Ohio.
While we've grown tremendously, our commitment remains the same: helping students discover the joy of music in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Our Mission as teachers is to make music fun, accessible, and exciting for students. Teachers at PML want students to improve at the things they want to excel at. Lessons are taught at the pace that works for you/your child. No rushing and no pressure. Keeping music fun keeps it approachable for all ages and progress will follow the love!
Have you had problems with other studios not being flexible or having trouble getting you the right time? We offer flexible scheduling, family discounts and the first lesson is ALWAYS on us! We want you to come in and see why we are different and why many families have been with us for years! No sign up fees, no cost recitals and affordable rates everyone can afford!
