Lessons Policies

Changes Effective October 1st.

  • Students must be on time for lessons. If a student is late we will not run over into the next lesson. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL ALWAYS BE CHARGED.
  • Invoices will auto-generate on the 1st of the month. Please check the bill dates to what dates this will cover. If there appears to be an error please let James know ASAP. 
  • We accept cash, check, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp and card for lessons. Card payments do have a 3.5% fee that is added on as a convenience charge.
  • Students must cancel lessons with no less than 2 hour notice.
  • Students who are going on vacation, sports and other conflicts should try to make up lessons ahead of time if possible. Lesson tuition will not be lowered for these reasons. You have 60 days to make up these lessons from the missed date or you will be charged for the lesson. Teachers will also have 60 days to make up lessons that they canceled. If it is not make up within 60 days then it will be deducted from the following bill. 
  • PML will only offer prorated tuition in the event of a teacher cancellation that does not get made up within 60 days.
  • The first student is billed full price and the second student from a family gets the family discount. If you have a question about family discounts please contact James for more info.
  • Invoices are due by the 20th of each month. If you need to pay late please let James know to make arrangements. If arrangements are made no late fees will be added.
  • If a student is more than 10 days late a $10 late fee will be added per student/ family. We will send a courtesy email before the late fee is applied.
  • Students that take time off and do not pay for the spot, the spot will not be saved.
