Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A:Cash, Check, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Credit Card (3.5% fee)
Q:We will miss a lesson, how do we schedule a make-up?
A: Contact your teacher directly to schedule a make up. You have two weeks from the missed day to make up a missed lesson. If the lesson is not made up then the student will forfeit the credit.
Q:My teacher was out and missed a lesson, what do we do?
A:If a teacher misses a lesson they have 60 days to make up a missed lesson. If they do not make up the next lesson then the balance will be removed from your next bill if it is a teacher cancellation. If it was a student cancellation
Q:I get paid at different intervals than most people. Can I arrange for payment on a different day?
A: Yes! We are flexible as long as we know we can work with you. Please contact James to arrange payment.
Q: I had a no call no show, am I still charged?
A: Yes, all no call no shows will be charged full lesson rate.
Q: I need to cancel a lesson, how much notice should I give?
A:Please provide at least two hours notice. Cancellations may be charged if less than two hours notice is given.

A: Yes! We have two planned recitals, one in the winter and one in the summer!
